To schedule an appointment, or for non-urgent matters please contact the office at 310.379.0503. If you reach us outside of office hours, please leave a detailed message, text us at this same number, or email frontdesk@drdereklevy.com and we will respond as soon as the office reopens.
In the event of a chiropractic emergency outside of office hours, please leave a voicemail stating your condition is an emergency and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
I know this change might come as a surprise, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Dr. Levy and the entire office, remain completely committed to taking care of you!
